For buyers
Ordering, when the nearest wholesaler is four hundred kilometres south.
You should not need a freight broker to restock a shelf. Send us what you want and we come back with a single number: the goods, landed at your door, with the road already paid for. Nothing to arrange at the border, no separate carrier invoice, no minimum written for a store in Edmonton.
Small orders, ordered often, to places freight companies quote as an exception.
We sell business to business only. If you buy for any of these, you are the reason this company exists.
Independent grocery
The only full shop in town, carrying everything from produce to batteries on one floor.
General store and trading post
Broad, shallow assortment where a missing case is a customer driving four hours.
Band-owned and community retail
Community-operated stores buying on a council or corporation account, with real budget scrutiny.
Camp and catering commissary
Crew camps and kitchens where headcount moves and the resupply window is fixed.
Pharmacy and health retail
Front-of-shop personal care and wellness — the lines beside the dispensary, not the dispensary.
Site and contractor services
Cleaning, kitchen and personal-care consumables for crews working away from a supply chain.
We do not sell to the public and we do not drop-ship to consumers. If you are buying for a household, we are not the right supplier.
Five steps, and four of them are ours.
There is no portal to learn and no account to open before you get a price.
You ask
A typed list, a photo of the shelf or last month's order — whichever is quickest. Tell us the community and roughly how often you restock.
We quote delivered
One written price per line, landed at your door, with case packs stated. Where we cannot supply something we say so instead of substituting quietly.
You confirm
A purchase order or a written yes is enough. We buy the goods on our own account and consolidate them at one address.
We schedule to the road
The delivery is planned around what actually serves your community — highway, gravel, ice road, ferry sailing or air. You get the date before the truck moves.
It arrives, on one invoice
One delivery, one document. If something arrives short or damaged, we file the claim upstream — that is our problem, not a credit you have to chase.
We will not promise you a date the season cannot keep.
How your community is reached decides how an order should be sized and when it should be placed. This is the conversation we have before quoting, not after a delivery fails.
| Access | What that means on the ground | What it changes for your order |
|---|---|---|
| Highway | Paved, maintained, open all year. | Order to your normal cycle. Size is a cost question, not a feasibility one. |
| Gravel road | All-season but slower, with weight restrictions in spring thaw. | Heavy lines are split across deliveries so a load is not held back by a weight limit. |
| Winter road / fly-in | A road only while the ice carries weight — typically weeks, not months. | The non-perishable year is bought into that window. We plan it with you months ahead; outside it, freight goes by air. |
| Road & ferry | A sailing schedule sits in the middle of the trip. | The order is sized and timed to the sailing. Missing one is a week, not a day. |
| Remote road / air | Long, lightly maintained access, or no road at all for most of the year. | Weight and volume drive the price more than the goods do. We will tell you which lines are worth flying and which are not. |
Every one of the thirty-seven points we serve is listed with its access class, so you can see what governs your delivery before you ask. Full coverage list →
One supplier instead of nine.
Buying North American goods from Latin America usually means opening accounts with several brands, meeting each one's minimum, paying each one's freight, and then trying to make nine shipments arrive as one container. We do that part. You issue one purchase order, we buy the lines, consolidate them, prepare the commercial documentation and ship from whichever United States gateway suits your port — or from Canada when the goods originate there.
Tell us what you need.
You do not have to know case packs or product codes. A list in your own words is enough to price. If WhatsApp is easier than a form, send it there — it reaches the same person.
