For suppliers and brands

What opening an account with us involves.

This page is the whole pitch. We buy, we do not consign. We ship to one address and take the remote leg ourselves. We work inside whatever channel and pricing terms you set in writing. If that fits, send a line sheet and we will come back with the SKUs and the volume.

SEC. 01 Terms, both directions

What we commit to

PurchaseInventory bought outright on your standard wholesale terms
PaymentPrepay or wire on the opening orders; net terms only if and when you offer them
Ship-toA single consolidation address — no drop-ship requests, no split shipments
ChannelWe sell only into the territories and channels agreed in your supply agreement
PricingYour pricing policy is respected as written, including any minimum advertised price
ClaimsDamage and shortage claims filed against the carrier, not against you

What we ask for

Price listCurrent wholesale price list with case packs and unit dimensions
MinimumsOpening order minimum and reorder minimum, stated up front
Lead timeRealistic production and dispatch lead time, including peak season
ComplianceBilingual labelling status for Canada, and any certification a product needs
AssetsProduct images, barcodes and specification sheets we can pass to retailers
ContactA named person on your wholesale desk who owns the account

Canadian labelling requirements are the single most common reason a line cannot be listed in our market. If a product is not yet bilingual, say so — it is a timeline question, not a disqualification.

SEC. 02 From line sheet to first order
STEP 01

You send the line sheet

Price list, case packs, minimums. A PDF or a link is enough — no portal account, no forms on your side.

STEP 02

We review the assortment

We mark the SKUs that suit remote retail — long dated, robust packaging, high repeat — and drop the ones that will not survive the transit or the price point. You get a written answer either way, inside two business days.

STEP 03

Due diligence

We provide certificate of incorporation, tax registration numbers, business references, insurance certificate and the ship-to address. We sign your supply agreement, your channel policy and your MAP policy as written.

STEP 04

Opening order

A deliberately small first purchase order against a defined set of SKUs, prepaid. It tells both of us what sells before anyone commits to a season.

STEP 05

Reorder cycle

Replenishment on a fixed cadence, with sell-through reported back by SKU so your account manager can see what the north is actually buying.

SEC. 03 Channel and pricing conduct

Your policy is the policy. We put it in writing before the first order, not after a problem.

A distributor is only worth having if the brand can predict what it will do. Before an opening order we agree, in the supply agreement, exactly which territories we may sell into, which customer types we may sell to, and which channels are excluded. If a channel is not expressly permitted, we treat it as excluded.

Pricing. Where a minimum advertised price policy exists, we follow it and we require the same of the retailers we supply. Where a brand sets a resale price floor that is lawful in the market concerned, that floor is written into our own downstream terms.

Diversion. We do not sell to other distributors or exporters for onward resale without written consent. Goods bought for a market stay in that market.

Traceability. Lot and batch numbers are recorded at receipt and retained, so a recall or a grey-market query can be answered with records rather than assurances.

SEC. 04 Submit a line sheet

Tell us what you make.

Everything here goes to a person, not a queue. If your line is outside our categories we will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
